Support Group

Through online support meetings via ZOOM, we provide an open and welcoming platform where women can be vulnerable, transparent, and supportive as they share their stories and discover strength and power in speaking their truth.

While our name, Push Past Past Pain, reflects our dedication to supporting those who have suffered in silence and not yet addressed the traumas of their past, please know that we also wholeheartedly embrace those experiencing current pain and navigating difficult situations in the present.

The facilitators of this support group are not licensed medical professionals, doctors, or therapists. We are women just like you—individuals who have endured pain, done the work to heal, and now stand in recovery and self-love. Through our lived experiences, we offer empathy, understanding, and encouragement to remind you that you are not alone.

Together, we’ll create a safe, compassionate community where healing and growth are possible.

We believe that the journey to healing begins with acknowledging your pain and seeking help. Pain can leave us feeling fragile and broken, impacting our mindset and sense of self. However, within our structure, we focus on rebuilding and promoting healing, which is rooted in the foundation of self-love—an essential principle reflected in the acronym of our Trauma Groups.
